Raees Mahmood Khan is a qualified journalist and radio presenter based in the Northwest of England.

He has attained a BA(Hons) in English Literature from The University of Salford and a PGCert in Magazine Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire.

With an extensive background in print media as a journalist and an Editor of a regional newspaper, Raees turned his hand to radio in 2007 when he became senior newsreader for Manchester's foremost Asian radio station.

All the while, Raees has had a passion for writing, and has kept this alight by writing a number of short scripts and treatments for features. He currently works as a Marketing and Finance Manager for a community radio station in his home town and still presents regularly on air.

Raees's first short script, Trading Dreams, is currently in pre-production.
